Love is gentle,

love is kind,

may the bright light beam shine.

For the captain’s ship is at sail,

leaving no stone unturned,

to cause anger or concern.

What was hidden is revealed.

Anger can strike like a snakes bite.

When the tongue is tamed it still may bite,

calm remains in those without fear and worry.

The poison enters slowly and is released out one’s bowels.

One might ask why, a snake bites?

Might it be because they don’t feel loved,

or might it be just their nature.

When anger strikes one might ask,

who is the captain of your ship?
