A co-worker told me to get rid of my frown.
I told him I may appear to be wearing a frown outside but my heart smiles inside.
God helps me smile, as stories once turned saddened heart to run many miles.
Although at times I feel run down, I know I gain strength everyday, as aches and pains fade away, and sons come home, bringing youth, no longer wearing the troublesome adolescence of an earlier day.
One son Uriah I will pick-up today at the bus station. All I can do is hope God gives us the strength to be a loving family, walking on the water with Jesus where calm waters flow, no longer sinking to the world below.
